Our Glamping Village is set up in an exclusive area reserved just for our glamping village guests.

Please note that this package is not suitable for groups staying in the general camping areas, and that other tents/campers are not able to camp in the glamping village.

The glamping village is set up with 10 tents fitted out with everything you need to ensure you are fully equipped for a relaxing and hassle free camping escape! Please see the inclusions detailed below.

If campsites are fully booked at Glenworth Valley and the dates are available on our Glamping Village booking page, then please proceed with the booking as we have campsites reserved - simply mention that you are staying in the Simple Pleasures glamping village when making your camping booking with Glenworth Valley!

The Glamping Village is located in a designated area exclusive to our glamping guests.

WHAT’s INCLUDED

Each individual tent in the Glamping Village is supplied with the following:

• 5 metre bell tent set up and ready for your arrival

• Persian rugs and door mat inside and wooden entrance mat outside

• Queen inner spring mattress on a hard wood timber bed base

• Option to add up to 3 single foam mattresses per tent (fees apply)

• Fresh cotton sheets and pillow cases, duck down pillows, quilt and quilt cover

• 2 burner gas cooker, gas bottle

• Cookware – pot, pan, tongs, spatula, wooden spoon, bbq scraper, kettle, sharp cutting knives, chopping boards and tea towel

• Metal camping plates and cups, cutlery

• 60L Coolbox

• Outdoor table and chairs

• Wooden storage chest, fire starting kit, washing up tub, brush and detergent

• Lighting - Solar powered fairy lights at your tent door and a battery powered lantern

• Each tent is provided with a fire pit outside your tent

Book a Tent in the Glamping Village

We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and during school holidays.

One night bookings are available midweek from Sunday to Thursday nights (except school holidays).

Discounts apply to midweek stays of two or more nights.

Each booking is per tent. Each tent comes with a queen bed as standard, and we can add up to 3 additional single beds for bookings of up to 5 guests per tent. As the glamping village tents are set up permanently, unfortunately we are not able to make exceptions to this configuration.

We provide beds for each guest you have booked for as follows:

1 or 2 Guests: Queen bed

3 Guests: Queen & 1 Single bed

4 Guests: Queen & 2 Single beds

5 Guests: Queen & 3 Single beds

If you are 2 adults and require separate beds, you will need to book for 3 people. This means that we will provide you with one queen bed, and one single bed.

For last minute bookings (within 24 hours of arrival) please contact us for availability.

Please note that this package is for tents in our designated glamping village area and are not for bookings in the general camping area. Making a booking through this page means you will be staying in the glamping village.

OUR BOOKING POLICY

• Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am. Guests are free to arrive at Glenworth Valley earlier, or to stay on to enjoy the valley or activities after checking out of their tent

• Available tents: 10

• Max people per tent: 5 adults/children

• Tents are fitted with a Queen size bed and additional single beds can be added to this. We cannot make exceptions to this.

• Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised.

• Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof and additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be purchased.

• Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for cancellation of a booking. Stays are transferable to another name, or can be postponed and/or changed within the same 12 month period dependant on availability.

• A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes made for any reason.

• All transfers are at our discretion.

• No cancellations or transfers can be provided for peak periods (long weekends)

• Pets not permitted

• Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests

• No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area

• No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
