GLAMPING VILLAGE
Our Glamping Village is set up in an area reserved just for glamping guests within the grounds of Glenworth Valley.
We have a handful of our tents fitted out with everything you need to ensure you are fully equipped for a relaxing and hassle free camping escape!
Please note that we are a separate business to the campsite, and our hire rates do not include your campsite fees. All of our guests must make a separate camping booking and pay campsite fees with Glenworth Valley on 4375 1222.
Please check the booking page for UNAVAILABLE DATES before going ahead with a booking. We are unable to accommodate stays for booking requests made on dates that are listed as unavailable. You can make a booking for these tents even if campsites are fully booked at Glenworth Valley - if the dates are available on the glamping village booking page then camping spots have been reserved at the campsite - simply mention that you are staying in the Simple Pleasures village!
WHAT’s INCLUDED
Each individual tent in the Glamping Village is supplied with the following:
5 metre bell tent set up and ready for your arrival
Persian rugs and door mat inside and wooden entrance mat outside
Queen inner spring mattress on a hard wood timber bed base
Option to add up to 3 single mattresses per tent (fees apply)
Fresh cotton sheets and pillow cases, duck down pillows, quilt and quilt cover
2 burner gas cooker, gas bottle
Cookware – pot, pan, tongs, spatula, wooden spoon, bbq scraper, kettle, sharp cutting knives, chopping boards and tea towel
Metal camping plates and cups, cutlery
60L Coolbox
Outdoor table and chairs
Wooden storage chest, firestarting kit, washing up tub, brush and detergent
Lighting - Solar powered fairy lights at your tent door and a battery powered lantern
Each tent is provided with a firepit outside your tent
OUR RATES
Please note, we have a 2 night minimum for any weekend stays including a Friday or Saturday night and during school holidays.
One night stays available on any Sunday - Thursday night outside of school holidays.
1 night (Sunday - Thursday nights only) - $220 per night for 1 or 2 people (queen bed) + $25 per additional child (single bed) / $50 per additional adult (single bed)
2 nights - $220 per night (queen bed) + $25 per child / $35 per adult per night
3 nights - $200 per night (queen bed) + $25 per child / $35 per adult per night
MIDWEEK SPECIAL - $100 OFF FOR STAYS OF 2 OR MORE MIDWEEK NIGHTS (Sunday to Thursday) outside of school holidays
Enter code SERENITYNOW when going through the checkout to get $100 off a 2 or 3 night stay between Sunday - Thursday. Not available during school holidays or peak periods.

LONG WEEKENDS:

Easter Long Weekend, 2024 - Friday March 29 - Checking out Monday April 1 (please note all stays must be a minimum of 3 nights and must stay all 3 nights of Friday, Saturday & Sunday). PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE DATES ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED IN THE GLAMPING VILLAGE.
June Long Weekend, 2024 - Friday June 7 - Checking out Monday June 10 (please note all stays must be a minimum of 3 nights and must stay all 3 nights of Friday, Saturday & Sunday). PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE DATES ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED IN THE GLAMPING VILLAGE.
October Long Weekend, 2024 - Friday October 4 - Checking out Monday October 7 (please note all stays must be a minimum of 3 nights and must stay all 3 nights of Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
The glamping village will be closed for Winter bookings from June 10 to September 6 2024. Please DO NOT SUBMIT BOOKING REQUESTS FOR THIS PERIOD!

CAMP SITE FEES
Please note that camp site fees are NOT included in our rates, and your camp site must be booked and paid for at least 48hrs in advance of your check in date.
Outside of peak periods, camp site fees are $30 per adult per night / $15 per child per night
During peak periods, camp site fees are $35 per adult per night / $17.50 per child per night

What to Bring
Ice for your coolbox and firewood is available to purchase at Glenworth Valley during office hours, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
BYO Food and drinks - drinking water is available from the taps in the camping area.
As the valley can be cool at night, we advise you bring warm clothes, and warm PJ’s with you.
Sunblock, a hat, long sleeved shirts for during the day are also advised.
Towels and Toiletries
Feel free to bring anything else that you think might make your stay more enjoyable!
GETTING THERE

Glenworth Valley is located a few minutes from the Calga/Peats Ridge Exit on the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. There are signs to Glenworth Valley at all the major entry points.
EVENT DETAILS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am. Guests are free to arrive at Glenworth Valley earlier, or to stay on to enjoy the valley or activities after checking out of their tent
Available tents: 10
Max people per tent: 5 adults/children
Tents are fitted with a Queen size bed and additional single beds can be added to this. We cannot make exceptions to this.
Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised.
Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof and additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be purchased.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds upon cancellation. Stays are transferable to another name, or can be postponed and/or changed within the same 12 month period dependant on availability.
A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes made for any reason.
All transfers are at our discretion.
No cancellations or transfers can be provided for peak periods (long weekends)
Pets not permitted
Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests
No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area
No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
