Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the weekend without the hassle of setting up camp, lacking camping gear, or maybe you just want to live it up in a lush tent for the weekend. Enjoy spacious, beautifully decorated tents with comfortable bedding, lighting, and cozy furnishings. Tents can accommodate 1-4 people, with your preference of bed configurations (singles and doubles available).

Tent check-in: from 3pm Friday 16/5/2025

Tent check-out: 10am Sunday 18/5/2025

Guests are invited to book a tent and spend the weekend camping in style at Glenworth Valley.

Your tent will be pitched & ready for your arrival. We also take care of the pack down, so you can enjoy the weekend with ease.

Prices quoted here are for 2 nights and cover from Friday to Sunday, even if you are only staying one night.

Additional camping fees at Glenworth Valley may apply and are separate to our tent hire rates. Please check with Josh for more details.

A $50 cleaning fee / security deposit is taken at the time of booking. This will be refunded after your stay if tents are left free of rubbish and there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear to equipment.

“THE GYPSY” – FROM $390

  • 5 metre bell tent set up and packed down

  • Individually sourced rugs and door mat inside, bamboo entrance mat outside

  • Beds – choice of 1 x queen or 2 x single high density foam mattresses

  • 100% cotton sheets, goose down pillows, quilt and quilt cover

  • Solar and battery powered lanterns

“THE GYPSY DELUXE” – FROM $445

  • 5 metre bell tent set up and packed down

  • Individually sourced rugs and door mat inside, bamboo entrance mat outside

  • Choice of either a queen size real mattress or 2 adult single inner spring mattresses

  • 100% cotton sheets, goose down pillows and goose down quilt with quilt cover

  • Throw blanket and pillow

  • Premium white bath towels

  • Solar and battery powered lanterns

“THE NOMAD” - FROM $290

  • 5 metre bell tent set up and packed down

  • 1 x queen or 2 x single high density foam mattresses

  • Door mat

  • BYO sheets / blankets / sleeping bags / pillows / lighting etc

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am.

  • Guests are free to arrive at Glenworth Valley earlier, or to stay on to enjoy the valley or activities after checking out of their tent

  • Max people per tent: 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children

  • Tents are set up with a Queen size bed OR 2 x single beds and additional single beds can be added to this.

  • Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised. Once a booking has been made and paid for it is subject to the terms & conditions listed here.

  • Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof.

  • Additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be hired. Please check the link in the page above.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellation of a booking.

  • Stays are transferable to another name.

  • Dates can be changed within the same 12 month period dependant on availability.

  • A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes or transfers

  • The event or group booking date (all bookings related to this page) can be changed or postponed up to 30 days prior to the date of the booking. In this case guests who have a booking will be issued with a credit for when the event is rescheduled, and the deposit paid by the organiser to reserve the dates is forfeit.

  • All changes / transfers are at our discretion.

  • No cancellations or transfer for bookings during peak periods. Credited bookings can not be transferred to a peak or school holiday period. Midweek bookings cannot be transferred to a weekend.

  • Pets not permitted

  • Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests

  • No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area

  • No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable

  • In the unlikely case of “force majeure” (emergency warnings for events such as bushfires, floods etc.) and travel restrictions due to Covid-19, any guests whose stays are directly affected will be issued with a credit for another stay of equal value at a later date. We understand that some stays are date sensitive, such as for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc., but events such as this are out of anyone’s control and we have adopted this policy in the interest of fairness to all parties.

  • We are no longer able to make exceptions to our booking policy for circumstances that arise due to Covid-19. Covid-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected, and there are no longer restrictions in place for those who have Covid. If a guest’s stay needs to be postponed due to the guest’s Covid situation, please understand that providing a credit at short notice impacts substantially on our business, and that any credit provided can only be rebooked on midweek dates at a time that is not on a weekend, peak period or during school holidays.

  • If your stay is already underway and needs to be cut short by evacuation due to events out of our control, please understand that we have already undertaken the work to set up for your stay, and no refund or credit will be provided in such cases

  • Credits and/or transfers provided for any reason must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue and are subject to availability unless we have advised otherwise.
