EVENT BOOKING POLICY

Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am.

• Guests are free to arrive at the venue earlier, or to stay on after checking out of their tent. Please check with the wedding couple.

• Bookings must be paid for in full in order to be finalised.

• Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof and additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be purchased.

• Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds upon cancellation.

• A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes to a booking.

• Stays are transferable to another name. Please reach out to us in order to do this.

• In the unlikely case of "force majeure" (emergency warnings for events such as bushfires, floods etc.) and travel restrictions due to Covid-19, any guests whose stays are directly affected will be issued with a credit for another stay of equal value at a later date.
  We understand that some stays are date sensitive, such as for birthdays, weddings etc., but events such as this are out of anyone's control and we have adopted this policy in the interest of fairness to all parties

• Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests

• No smoking in tents or glamping area

• No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
