YPO Sydney Australis invites you to their 2 night family camping event in pristine nature at the beautiful Glenworth Valley. To upgrade your camping experience to a luxurious glamping package please scroll below to book and purchase your "Glamping" tent of choice.

Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the event without the hassle of setting up camp, lacking camping gear, or maybe you just want to live it up in a lush tent for the weekend. Enjoy spacious, beautifully decorated tents with comfortable bedding, lighting, and cozy furnishings. Tents can accommodate 1-4 people, with your preference of bed configurations (singles and doubles available).

Guests are invited to book a tent and spend the weekend camping in style at Glenworth Valley.

Your tent will be pitched & ready for your arrival. We also take care of the pack down, so you can enjoy the weekend with ease.

Prices quoted here are for 2 nights and cover from Friday to Sunday, even if you are only staying one night.

Additional camping fees at Glenworth Valley apply and are separate to our tent hire rates. Please check with the camp group organiser for more details.

A $50 cleaning fee / security deposit is taken at the time of booking. This will be refunded after your stay if tents are left free of rubbish and there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear to equipment.

AWNING HIRE:

Our awnings add additional shade or rain protection over your outdoor table and chairs which will allow you utilise your outdoor space no matter what the weather is like during your stay.

Add an outdoor table and a chair for each person booked in your tent.

Add a double burner gas cooker & gas bottle, 20L litre water canister and 60 Coolbox to your tent booking with us.

“THE IMPERIAL” – $500 (only available for 2 people in tent)

“THE NOMAD” - FROM $290

  • 5 metre bell tent set up and packed down

  • 1 x queen or 2 x single high density foam mattresses

  • Door mat

  • BYO sheets / blankets / sleeping bags / pillows / lighting etc

 

EVENT BOOKING TERMS

  • Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am.

  • Guests are free to arrive at Glenworth Valley earlier, or to stay on to enjoy the valley or activities after checking out of their tent

  • Bookings must be paid for in full in order to be finalised.

  • Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof and additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be purchased.

  • Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds upon cancellation.

  • A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes to a booking.

  • Stays are transferable to another name, or can be postponed and/or changed within the same 12 month period dependant on availability.

  • All transfers are at our discretion.

  • Pets not permitted

  • Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests

  • No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area

  • No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
