Glamping In The Garden!
Glamping accommodation for 2 people (queen bed) at Mayfield Garden.
Take advantage of this exclusive wedding package and enjoy a unique accommodation experience in one of our cosy tents.
Package includes breakfast for 2 at Mayfield Garden’s cafe.
Exclusive booking access available until the 15th of August, so get in quick as there are only 15 glamping tents available!
PROGRAMME AND TIMES TO NOTE
1:00 – 2:00pm Check in via the Ticket/Nursery office, adjoining the Café & Produce Store
8:00 – 9:00pm Guests have access to the Obelisk & Pond Area within Mayfield Garden for stargazing
8:00am Breakfast is available at the Café & Produce Store
10:00am Checkout
What to Bring
As Mayfield is within a cool climate area and above 1000 metres in altitude, we advise you bring warm clothes, gloves, beanies and warm pyjamas with you.
Sunblock, a hat, long sleeved shirts for during the day.
Toiletries
The Mayfield Cafe & Produce Store is open from 8am-3pm serving breakfast, all day and lunch menu (additional to glamping package).
If you have dietary requirements please be sure to advise us in the Order Notes when booking!

EVENT DETAILS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check in: 4pm-7pm / Check out: 10am. Guests are free to arrive at Mayfield earlier, or stay on to enjoy the gardens after checking out of their tent
Available tents: 15
Max people per tent: 2 adults
Tents are fitted with a Queen size bed. We cannot make exceptions to this.
Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised. Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are 100% waterproof. Simple Pleasures does not refund upon cancellation. Stays may be transferable to another name. Dates can be changed within the same season dependant on availability.
Pets not permitted
BYO food or drinks are not permitted
Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests
No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area
Campfires are not permitted. We will have communal fires burning in the glamping and entertainment areas
No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
