Upon conclusion of the event, your security bond refund (not including card processing fees) will be processed once we have completed checking the condition of all equipment. Please note, depending on your bank / method of payment, this may take longer to reach your account.
Total security bond payment is $500 + $9 card processing fees.
Please use the same name that you used to make your glamping tent booking for Lost Paradise, so we can match your security bond payment with your glamping tent booking. If someone else is making this payment, please ensure that you reference the name that the glamping tent was booked under in the “Anything Else?” section when making this payment.
The bond is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided that your tent and all the items Simple Pleasures supply you with are left in good order (this includes excessive amounts of rubbish left in the tent). Should any item(s) be damaged or lost during your stay, the cost of replacement for the item(s) will be deducted from your bond, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The condition of the tentduring and at the conclusion of the event is the responsibility of the guest. If you are departing early, or wish for us to inspect your tent before your departure, please notify our team at the glamping reception area.
Refunds are processed after Lost Paradise is concluded and the tents have been inspected by the Simple Pleasures team. The refund processing time is up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card. Please note that all bond refunds are at Simple Pleasures’ discretion.
