CAMPSITE FEES:
Book your Campsite Fees for glamping bookings at Sandbar Campground here. This is for campsite bookings for guests with a glamping booking only, and not for regular camping.
General campsite bookings for anyone not staying in our glamping tents can be made with Sandbar & Bushland Holiday Park through their website or directly by phone.
Campsite fees are payable to the campground when making a glamping booking with us for this location. We handle your campsite fees to make the booking process as hassle-free as possible.
Campsite fees are $50/night for 2 people, $25/night for additional adults and $15/night for kids 5-15 years.
Please make a separate campsite booking for each tent you have booked.
For kids under 5, you do not need to pay camping fees, however if you would like us to set up a bed for the child, then this must be booked when making the glamping tent booking (the booking page for our tents).
Please contact us via email for a quote on stays longer than 3 nights.
Please note that this package and rates are for tents in our exclusive glamping area and are not for bookings in the general camping area.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am.
Guests are free to arrive at the campground earlier, or to stay on to enjoy the beach or activities after checking out of their tent
No additional tents can be set up inside the exclusive glamping area
Max people per tent: 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children
Tents are fitted with a Queen size bed and additional single beds can be added to this. We can make exceptions to this, but this must be requested before making your booking with us as we cannot guarantee this will be possible
Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised.
Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof
Additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be hired.
Simple Pleasures does not refund upon cancellation. Changes/credits to bookings due to Covid travel restrictions are at our discretion.
Stays are transferable to another name.
Dates can be changed within the same 3 month period dependant on availability.
A transfer fee of $50 per tent applies, and a minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes.
All changes / transfers are at our discretion.
No cancellations during peak periods.
Pets not permitted
Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests
No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area
No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable
In the unlikely case of “force majeure” (emergency warnings for events such as bushfires, floods etc.) and travel restrictions due to Covid-19, any guests whose stays are directly affected will be issued with a credit for another stay of equal value at a later date. We understand that some stays are date sensitive, such as for birthdays, anniversaries etc., but events such as this are out of anyone’s control and we have adopted this policy in the interest of fairness to all parties
If your stay is already underway and needs to be cut short by evacuation due to events out of our control, please understand that we have already undertaken the work to set up for your stay, and no refund or credit will be provided in such cases
Credits and/or transfers provided for any reason must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue
